The show is dedicated to American artist dancer Isadora Duncan (1878-1927), considered the most significant precursor of the so-called 'modern dance'.
Author of a radical break with academic, instead of dance shoes and dance costumes of 19th century, she preferred simple and light dresses resembling the ancient Greece and bare feet. Two revolutionary for her time, in order to foster freedom and expressiveness of movement and therefore essential for her 'free dance', emotional interpretations in which her body, sweet and expressive, had made up poverty of technical means.
