The Jánosi Ensemble introduces the audience to traditional folk dance music which is rooted in the 18th century Hungarian musical traditions as well as Hungarian dances of the 18th century manuscripts. Another important field of the Ensemble's activity is to present the musical roots of great Hungarian composers. During this performance the band introduces folk music sources of some Bartók and Kodály compositions Members: Jánosi András (violino), Turi András (viola, kontra), Kiss Csaba (contrabbasso, bass viol), Szucs Miklós (voce, koboz, zither), Danhauser Zoltán (violino), Horváth Károly (cembalo, hurdy-gurdy).
