Lamya Al-Saqqaf, Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to FAO since 2003 and former Chairperson of the Rome Chapter of the Group of 77 (2007), will look at the recent history of the Middle East, focusing on the Gulf States and in particular Kuwait.
