On the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day 2015, the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana in its Monumental Rooms organizes the exhibition 'Armin T. Wegner, un giusto per gli Armeni e per gli Ebrei'.

The exhibition consists of 24 panels with 80 photographs taken by the officer German Armin T. Wegner , an eyewitness of the Armenian Genocide , perpetrated in 1915 by the government of the Young Turks , the genocide that killed more than a million and a half people . The exhibition is also accompanied by maps and historical cards and documents the commitment of Wegner in the defense of civil rights.
